Braxton-Bragg Offers Small
Shops Alternative to Bridge Saw

The Imer Combi 3000 10 ft. automated slab saw offered by Braxton-Bragg is an affordable alternative to large stationary bridge saws which require a lengthy set-up procedure and cost thousands of dollars more.

It is easy to install, simple to operate, yet is as accurate and smooth-cutting as the more complicated stationary bridge saws. The COMBI 3000 arrives in a crate, is 99% assembled, and can be up and running in two hours. This 220 volt, single phase, 20 amp saw is equipped with two side extension tables and a 25-gallon water tub. There are two high-quality full size slab clamps that can be positioned at each end of the saw to ensure that slab is locked down tight. A laser-cutting guide now comes standard with every COMBI 3000.

When cutting full-size slabs the protractor is just not enough to accurately position the stone, so the COMBI 3000 has an additional fence system that runs the length of the saw. This fence is fully adjustable and locks in place quickly and accurately. An onboard computer senses if the stone being cut becomes denser in certain spots and will automatically ensure that additional amperage is sent to the motor, preventing stalling or pinching. The travel bar on the saw is built like a suspension bridge with pretensioned bars anchored within. This provides great reliability and accuracy to cut within a 1/32" over 10 feet. The COMBI 3000 is the perfect sawing system for a start up shop, a full size shop needing on-site fabrication, or a versatile complement to any existing shop saw.
