The ProLine Drain by Quick Drain USA is the modern replacement for the traditional round center drain. The linear slot drain can be placed anywhere in the design of the shower for uninterrupted tiling designs. In addition, because the mortar bed beneath must only be pitched one way toward the drain, as opposed to four ways toward the center, the product installs faster and easier. This benefit also provides the opportunity for designers to hide the drain under shower benches, or create curbless, ADA compliant showers. The drain can actually be placed where the curb would normally be for doorless and curbless showers.
