Intermac Adds Three New Machines
to their Stone Product Line

Intermac America, the leading manufacturer of high-tech machinery and systems for glass and stone, announces the addition of three new products to their stone machinery lineup.

The Idea Top 20.10 and the Idea Plus 1.2 machining centers will be exclusively sold in North America by Intermac as part of an agreement with Italian machinery manufacturer Cobalm. These 3-Axis machining centers feature HSD electrospindles and are specifically designed for the drilling, milling, and polishing of marble and granite. Both models have moving bridge structures with bases and bridges built in thick electro-welded steel, guaranteeing high rigidity and precision. These machines are ideally suited for bowl cutouts, vanity tops, countertops and monument parts.

Also new to the Intermac line is the Intermac LCV-711M. Based on proven technology, these straight continuous belt edge polishers are designed for flat edges and chamfering of stone up to 6cm thickness. Compact, popular, and competitively priced, the LCV is capable of handling large volume productions while only consuming minimal floor space.

All of the new machines in the Intermac stone line provide measurable value for entry level and advanced stone fabricators alike, and offer affordable alternatives to purchasing used. Available now, and locally stocked for expedited delivery, all of the new Intermac machine offerings will be under power and on display at Coverings 2011 in March of next year.
